We are pleased to inform you that we have already opened a new plant where we produce Metal Bellow Seals. All of the production steps control from Stainless Steel molding, Forming, Cleaning, ID Welding, OD Welding, Heat-treatment, Inspection, Assembly, Helium Leak Test, Cleaning, Vacuum Drying, and Package. 

We can supply such bellow materials as 316, AM350, Hast C-276, Inconel 718, Monel, and Titanium. We import the raw materials of the metal bellow from Germany for high quality. The 45° TIAN FENG male and female diaphragms are optimized to reduce stress on the weld convolutions and maximize seals working life. All of the metal bellow seals are 100% leakage tested by Helium before shipment.
